Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Mailroom/Scanning Responsibilities - Sorting, and routing mail and courier packages accurately and efficiently to the appropriate department.
- Cash Management - Perform daily balancing and reconciliation of payments received
- Debit Room responsibilities - Audits and files incoming mail daily in line with policies and procedures

**_What will you bring to the role?_**
- 2-3 years’ experience in providing office services support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs
- Intermediate word and excel technical skills in MS Office
- High degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service attitude and professional presentation; energetic customer focused individual
- Ability to demonstrate superior teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion and confidentiality
