**Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Guelph, ON - Hybrid (3 days a week in Office, 2 days remote)**Salary**:$38,000 - 45,000/year

**About the Role**:
As the **Marketing Coordinator** at Friendlier, you will enhance the effectiveness of the sales, customer success and marketing teams by developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, supporting B2B and B2C marketing activities, and coordinating events and promotional materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across Facebook, Instagram and other platforms as needed
- Create and curate compelling content to drive user engagement and foster community growth
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally
- Track and update social media analytics including demographics, geographics, industries, etc.
- B2C Marketing Ownership
- Create and update customer-facing marketing materials, including print and digital assets, and customized items where appropriate
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral based on partner needs and sales agreements
- Ensure customers are equipped with marketing material and provide onsite marketing launch support
- Support customers with updated marketing material to ensure effective program awareness
- Collaborate with external partners to coordinate marketing material
- Maintain organized inventory of marketing materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for both generic and customized materials
- B2B Marketing Support
- Tracking and categorizing online, print, TV and radio press releases
- Support the Marketing Manager in B2B marketing activities, such as coordinating trade shows, preparing presentations, and developing sales collateral
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting business clients including trade shows and networking events
- Other duties as assigned
- Occasional evening and weekend marketing support for boothing, events, activations and engagement
- Internal marketing support as needed
- Attending team building days and supporting with team related activities when necessary

Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary Education such as a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field required
- 6 months to 1 year of marketing related experience preferred
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hubspot CRM, or other related software
- Thorough knowledge with social media platforms, especially Meta Business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French are required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
