CentiMark Ltd. Is looking for a **Field Supervisor** to join our team. For over 25 years, CentiMark Ltd. has been growing its operation throughout Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry. Onsite safety and job training are provided. Roofing job responsibilities include knowledge of materials and tactics required for roof work.

**Responsibilities**:
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, supervises/manages day-to-day operations of job sites of the assigned work team. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, directing, and managing daily activities of the assigned work by supervising both foreperson and crew members, and picking up/dropping off equipment and material(s) necessary for the current project. The field supervisor must ensure the correct materials/equipment are brought to the correct job.

**Job requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial roofing knowledge is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and BUR systems.
- Strong communications skills and fluent in English language
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to learn and follow ministry and company safety policies.
- Able to travel out of town if needed.

**Salary: $34 - $38 per hour (negotiable)**
