**Job Overview**
We are seeking a **dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager** to drive both our business development strategies. This hybrid role will focus on **expanding our brand presence**, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships in target regions, including **North America and Latin America.**

**Marketing**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive **marketing strategies** to increase brand awareness and drive **lead generation** efforts.
- Manage and optimize **digital marketing campaigns**, including **SEO, paid ads (PPC), content marketing, and social media**.
- Create and update **marketing collateral**, including case studies, product brochures, presentations, and website content.
- **Analyze and report on marketing KPIs** (website traffic, engagement, lead conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organize and attend industry **events, conferences, and trade shows** to showcase the company’s technology and services.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** across existing and new markets (North America, Latin America, Middle East, etc.).
- Develop and maintain **relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners**, including distributors, resellers, and potential corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Engineering, etc.) to ensure client needs and requirements are met.
- Track and report on **sales metrics**, forecast revenue, and ensure business growth targets are achieved.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in r a related field.
- Familiar with tech startup work atmosphere and Adapt quickly to a **dynamic, high-growth environment** where priorities shift rapidly
- **3+ years of experience** in both **business development and sales**, preferably robotics sectors (or UAVs)
- Proven track record of **generating leads**, closing sales, and **expanding business** within **B2B markets**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- **Fluency in English** is required (other languages, such as Spanish, or Portuguese, are a plus).

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
