**WHAT IS THE ROLE ?**

The Analyst Planning and Data will be responsible for supporting end to end corporate reporting for planning and auxiliary departments. As a reporting specialist, this role contributes to ensuring that a corporate standard is maintained and respected throughout the organization. The role will help tactically drive the implementation of, improvements to, and discontinuation / replacement of existing tools and reports. Additionally, this role will play a part in testing BI and software solutions as well as writing SOPs.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**

**Tools Building and Maintenance**
- Assist in creating, building, and maintaining planning tools.
- Provide recommendations on how to improve both the efficiency of the tools as well as the tools themselves.

**Corporate Reporting**
- Participates in the publication, maintenance, and building of all corporate planning reports.
- Ensure that the established corporate standard is reflected in all reports across all measures.
- Participate in corporate report assessment:

- Assist in mapping out all existing planning reports.
- Provide recommendations on what reports to sunset, improve, and re-imagine.
- Assist in mapping out all data dependencies and SOPs for go forward reports.
- Test and run all go forward reports.
- Participate in promotional results tracking and communication.
- Support ad hoc reporting to auxiliary business functions.

**Software / BI Implementation**
- Assist in business level testing of solutions.
- Participate with IT and PMO to build training manuals for users.

**WHO YOU ARE ?**

**Your achievements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Ideally 2 years of analytics experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or e-commerce.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong sense of teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multitask.

- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
