Integrity Construction Solutions is a residential and light commercial contractor that primarily works in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our projects involve all aspects of construction - from demolition to the final touches. We work with a great sub-trade team so collaboration and great communication would be expected.

We have had exponential growth and as such, we are looking to add a Journeyman/woman carpenter with supervisory skills to our team.

We work a condensed week Tuesday to Friday 7am-5:30 pm. So every weekend is a long weekend.

We are looking for someone that has:

- 3-5 years experience in the world of residential renovation construction
- A trade certification in carpentry
- A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to constant changes
- Skills to prioritize and multitask on projects that have variations of duration and difficulty
- Speak, comprehend and write clearly in English
- Reliable vehicle that can transport a utility trailer and a clear driving record

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervising your construction team
- Coordinating with sub trades on construction sites
- Communicating with clients
- Submitting daily logs
- Reporting to superintendent

We offer:

- A competitive wage $35-40/hour
- Paid mileage with a premium if pulling a utility trailer
- 3-day weekends every week.
- 6% holiday pay and 3.6% stat pay paid out biweekly.

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
