**POSITION** SUMMARY**:
Do you have a passion for customer service and hold a valid Ontario Security Guard license? We are seeking individuals to join us as Security guards for high-end condominium sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area. **_One year of condominium experience is required_**, along with a commitment to excellence and a desire to be part of a team of elite security professionals.
**POSITION** RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide access control to the condominium
- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
- Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
- Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
- Undertake site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
- Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping and report writing
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- **_One year Condominium Security Experience is a must._**:
- Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
