Cad Technician

Saskatoon, Canada BCL Engineering Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilizing Civil 3D and/or Revit to produce conceptual, preliminary and detailed design drawings as figures
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary to record as-built information
- Interpretation of drawing and sketches to commutate design intent
- Modelling of earthworks and importing site surveys, lidar, orthographic images and aerial drone data for inclusion in design process

**Skills**:

- Diploma in Computer Aided Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology or related field
- Proven experience in this or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Understanding of survey practices and tools including GPS and UAV survey
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
