**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a **Full-Time Shipper Receiver / Inventory Manager**. In this role, you will oversee the shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and ship goods, verify and inspect shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting accurate physical counts and keeping thorough records.
- Pack and ship products and materials to customers and other locations.
- Process and manage product returns.
- Track deliveries and shipments using logistics companies.
- Collaborate with the Order and Art Departments.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Label and display showroom samples.
- Ensure the backroom is well-organized and tidy at all times.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Skills & Experience**:

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management (preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work methodically.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to collaboration.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities in a competitive business environment.
