Listowel Ford is in need of a Service Advisor with a best-in-town passion and time-to-shine attitude with excellent customer service skills.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service using current processes and procedures, while achieving set goals and targets and collaborating well with our service team.

Listowel is a picturesque growing community with all the amenities of a city center, but retains the small town, tight-knit community feeling through its charming atmosphere, wonderful people and community outreach. The Region of Waterloo is a short 25-minute drive, and should you find the need to fill the big city gap, Toronto can be reached in 90 minutes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms
- Connecting customers to the right auto technician
- Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

**You**:

- Are organized and friendly
- Have strong computer skills
- Are team oriented and self motivated
- Are eager to provide great customer service
- Are experienced in the automotive industry, specifically as an advisor (preferred)
- Have a clean driving record with valid drivers license
- Are great with time management
- Have have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
