Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Junior Document Controller** to support our growing team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a crucial role in managing company documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, and secure storage in a fast-paced consulting environment.
If you are a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong administrative skills and a desire to grow in document management, this position is ideal for you.
As a Junior Document Controller, your responsibilities will include receiving, organizing, and maintaining both digital and physical documents. You will be responsible for ensuring all project files and company records are correctly archived, easily accessible, and compliant with internal policies.
Your role will involve supporting internal departments by retrieving and distributing documentation as needed, labeling files appropriately, and ensuring up-to-date tracking through document management systems. In addition, you will assist in formatting, editing, and reviewing documents before distribution to maintain consistency and quality.
