Document Controller

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the organization, distribution, and maintenance of documents and records in a centralized document management system.
- Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, filed, and stored according to established procedures and standards.
- Monitor document lifecycle from creation to disposal, ensuring compliance with retention policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the review and approval process for documents, tracking revisions and maintaining version control.
- Facilitate document retrieval and access requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with document formatting, editing, and quality assurance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to staff on document management procedures and tools.
- Conduct periodic audits of document management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement document management best practices and streamline workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and electronic document control tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
