Markham, Canada Ascent Speech Therapy Full time

Position Summary:
Ascent is currently recruiting for independent contractor or parttime -RBA(BCBA ) who will be a highly valued team member to oversee the programs with clients with ASD and their families. You will be responsible for assessing, monitoring client's learning progress, supervising STs and ITs.

**Accountabilities include but not limited to**:

- On OAP service provider list
- At building report with the client and family. Identifying the best context for happy, relaxed, and engaged learning.
- Participating in parents interview, team meeting, observation for clients
- Conducting individualized programs with team for clients as well as overseeing and monitoring programs to ensure adequate and timely progress of clients
- Offering parent training according to the needs of the client and priorities of the family
- Communicating with families and other stakeholders/community partners as needed
- Overseeing successful transitions into schools by preparing and documenting the transition plan
- Supporting interventions within the home and community context

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- RBA with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Demonstrate exceptional abilities to work in a team setting and a high level of professionalism and integrity, adopting and respecting team mission and values.
- Have 1+ years progressive supervisory experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Have experience working with 2-15 years old children with diagnosis of ASD and other developmental disabilities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
