We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the team at our Hamilton location, which serves as our flagship corporate training store. As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, financial performance, and employee training and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of up to 20 employees
- Implement and maintain operational standards to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to ensure profitability
- Hire, train, and develop new staff members to uphold the company's high standards and foster a culture of learning and growth
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and excellence
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Passion for employee training and development, with a desire to create a culture of learning and growth within the store
