**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring efficient and smooth functionality.

2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and business growth.

3. Coordinate with the Head Chef and the team to ensure high-quality food and service.

4. Conduct regular audits to ensure the restaurant is functioning efficiently and up to standard.

5. Manage staff responsibilities, hiring, training, and performance reviews.

6. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.

7. Maintain exceptional customer service by fostering a positive environment.

8. Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

9. Manage and oversee stock levels - ordering supplies as necessary.

10. Coordinate with marketing and PR to promote the restaurants and special events.

11. Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

12. Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication between management and staff.

13. Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.

2. Strong knowledge of business management principles and strategic planning.

3. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

4. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

5. Familiarity with restaurant management software.

6. Strong understanding of customer service and food and beverage management.

7. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.

8. Guest-oriented and service-minded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32-44 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
