**Location**: Laval, QC (4204 boulevard Industriel, H7L 0E3)

**Hybrid work**: 3 days at the office and 2 days remotely

**Type of employment**: Temporary contract (6 months), Full Time (40 hours)

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, as part of the Shared Accounting Services team, the Accounts Payable Analyst supports the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and issuing payments.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

- Reconcile data/purchases recorded at points of sale, versus statements received from suppliers
- Enter invoices into the computer system;
- Issue payment lists;
- Analyze various accounts;
- Respond to requests from internal managers and suppliers;
- Any other related task.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

We want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for:
**Education**:

- DEC in accounting;

**Experience**:

- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience;

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in handling files;
- Respect tight deadlines;
- Be meticulous yet quick to execute;
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service;
- Able to work alone or in a group;
- Proficiency in Office suite, particularly Excel.

**Language skills**
- Bilingualism required (French and English), both written and spoken, as the person will be called upon to serve English-speaking regions.
