**What you will do**:

- Matching invoices to PO's.
- Coding and entering supplier invoices into ERP system.
- Process expense reports.
- Process payments by check and wire transfers while maintaining payment terms.
- Conduct reconciliations of supplier statements.
- Contribute to month's end process.
- Participate in the full accounts payable cycle.

**The ideal profile**:

- Bilinguism, English with fonctionnal French.
- College Degree in accounting, or relevant experience.
- Two (2) years' experience in a related field.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Strong interpersonnal and customer service skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
