**Job Summary - Member Experience Representative**

The member experience representative is a passionate individual who seeks to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This person is responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, welcoming guests and members to the gym, selling memberships and training services, and keeping the club clean. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, leadership skills, ability to collaborate and communicate, and ability to influence others in a positive way.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Membership + training sales** - a large component of the member experience representative role is centered around membership and training sales. They must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members. They must follow up sales leads and tour prospective members when they come in.

**Day-to-day operations** - member experience representatives will need to take on some club operations tasks [cleaning, etc.] daily. They need to be able to multi-task with a smile on their face.

**Culture creators** - member experience representatives love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.

**Job Requirements**

18 years or older

Friendly, outgoing, and warm

Genuine and honest

Available to work flexible hours [afternoons, evenings]

Technologically savvy

Self-motivated and accountable

Good at managing time and schedules

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week

**Benefits**:
