**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Membership + training sales - a large component of the member experience representative role is centered around membership and training sales. They must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members. They must follow up sales leads and tour prospective members when they come in.
- Day-to-day operations - member experience representatives will need to take on some club operations tasks [cleaning, etc.] daily. They need to be able to multi-task with a smile on their face.
- Culture creators - member experience representatives love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet. Provide outstanding customer service to all members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Skills**

18 years or older

Friendly, outgoing, and warm

Genuine and honest

Available to work Mondays and Wednesdays from 2pm - 7pm

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members

Technologically savvy, proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in member records

Self-motivated and accountable

Good at managing time and schedules

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on member satisfaction
