Our business, Gold Haus Auto Group Ltd, a high-valued pre-owned dealership in Richmond. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Car Sales Consultants. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchasing process and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive buying experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on pricing, financing options, warranties, and additional services.
- Collaborate with customers to identify the most suitable vehicle based on their budget and requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with automotive financing and leasing options is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid VSA License.

**Experience**: Prefer 1-year or more experience. No experience is acceptable.

**Commission Based Salary**: Salary negotiable.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- VSA Sales License (preferred)
