Operations Manager

We are looking to add a key player to our fast-growing team. Spray-Net Atlantic is looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day activities of our Production teams operating in PEI, NB, and NS. This position is pivotal for ensuring our customer service remains while ensuring out teams are able to set and hit production goals, as efficiently as possible.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Managing Production Goals daily, weekly, monthly
- Managing Production teams while collaborating with sales team
- Responsible for the Customer Experience throughout their Spray-Net Process
- Problem
- Solving
- Working in a Team environment
- Working with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Ability to use/manage social media (not required, but bonus)
- Manage Inventory count in each province

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $60,000 +

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Profit Sharing

**Experience**:

- painting: 2 years (preferred)
- Production Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person and some remote

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
