**Bilingual Personal Assistant Job description**

**Mortgage Office Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to the **following**:

- Maintain a daily and weekly calendar for the Principal broker
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, Principal broker and mortgage agents and organize/conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items
- Review all mortgage package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the mortgage agents
- Follow up and respond to customers and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service
- Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed.

**Mortgage Office Assistant Qualifications**
- **Must be fluent in English and French**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Mortgage certification as an asset
- At least 1-2 years of professional office environment required, preferably as a mortgage administrative assistant
- Possess an understanding of different mortgage products, such as conventional (A and B lenders) and alternative financing, etc or willing and able to learn
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency required including MS Office; WEBForms/authentisign (or similar programs) to prepare offers and related forms or willing and able to learn
- Proficient in the use of Filogix, velocity or other mortgage origination tools or willing and able to learn
- Data entry in CRM software
- Familiarity with mortgage process documents, i.e. Mortgage Statements, Purchase & Sale Agreement, T4A, T1, NOAs, Tax Bill, and Insurance Policy document or willing and able to learn

**Work schedule**:

- 8 hour shift from Monday to Friday/may work remotely as needed
- Your own computer/laptop and cell phone is required
- Able to commute to work and be willing to travel outside the city as required
- Available to work overtime when necessary and be flexible

**Licence/Certification**:

- Full G license and own vehicle (required)

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
