**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, hydrabrasion, micro needling, skin tightening and laser therapies.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide pre
- and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate home care regimens.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Toronto license/certification as a Medical Aesthetician.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Knowledge of current skincare products and trends.
