TC Transcontinental Printing, the Printing Sector of TC Transcontinental (TSX: TCL.A TCL.B), is the largest printer in Canada and one of the largest in North America. This sector has over 4,300 employees and possesses a network of 16 state-of-the-art plants.

TC Transcontinental Printing provides an integrated service offering for retailers, including premedia services, flyer and in-store marketing product printing. This sector also offers an array of innovative print solutions for newspapers, magazines, 4-colour books and personalized and mass marketing products.

We are in Paris, ON, off Highway 403, 10 minutes from downtown Brantford. Easy access from Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Woodstock. _Must have reliable transportation as there are no buses on this route._

**About this opportunity**

Reporting to the Graphics & Décor Supervisor, you will operate a large format printer, to fulfill the requirements that meet the customer’s needs and expectations while maintaining the highest level of quality and productivity.

**What you will do**:

- Operate large format digital printer working with plastic sheet and roll substrates.
- Execute work from graphic layout and instructions.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot printing equipment correctly and in accordance with safety standards while maintaining production standards and efficiencies.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout the production shift.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on the equipment, to keep it performing at optimal levels.
- Other duties as assigned

**Working Conditions**:

- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm - 2am.
- Standing and walking for 8-10 hours/shift
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50lbs
- Repetitive tasks
- Hand-eye co-ordination
