Since opening our first office in Victoria in the early months of 2007, we have expanded from offering Home, Auto, and Commercial Insurance to providing a wide range of services including Employee Services, Injury Management, Mortgages, Real Estate, City Kinect, and more.

We believe in empowering our agents with the expertise to give clients peace of mind, knowing their investments are covered. With tailored insurance coverage, we can meet all our client's needs without the need for them to jump from broker to broker.

**Responsibilities**:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In-office role

Provide new business sales, renewals, and renewal remarkets for all personal line types of business over the telephone and in person for clients

Work with numerous insurance markets and portals to fit client needs

Handle abeyances for accounts receivables and policy completion with TAM Applied Systems

Experience with TAM, Office, Word, and Excel is an asset

**Qualifications**:
Experienced General Insurance Agent

Level 1 license required; Level 2 license preferred

Strong customer service skills and ability to build authentic customer relationships

Flexibility on job duties as necessary

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation**:
Hourly wage: $22 - $26, plus commissions
