**Duties**:
To provide individual writing instruction to undergraduate and graduate students within the Faculties of Kinesiology & Physical Education, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work, and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Instruction will address disciplinary writing conventions in the health sciences, with a focus on organization, reasoning, style, language use, and academic integrity. Writing Instructors are also expected to engage in teaching writing workshops, liaise with faculty on assignment expectations, and contribute to professional development within the Writing Centre.

**Qualifications**:
**Dates of Appointment**

September 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026

**The following rates of pay are applicable**:

- $55.46 per hour + 4% vacation pay (Writing Instructor 1)
- $59.62 per hour + 4% vacation pay (Writing Instructor 2)
- $61.38 per hour + 4% vacation pay (Writing Instructor 2 priority)
