**High School Math & Science Teacher/Tutor/Coach Wanted**

**Oxford Learning Halifax**is currently seeking motivated part-time tutors to join our dedicated team. As a Math & Science Tutor at Oxford Learning, you will play a key role in supporting students in grades 9-12. This role is in-person so you must be able to commute to this location. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Teaching up to 3 students at a time, following our proven teaching methodologies
- Filling out post-lesson notes and communicating student progress
- Maintaining a friendly, encouraging, and professional demeanor at all times

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Strong math and science knowledge, aligned with the current high school curriculum
- Prior experience coaching or tutoring math and/or science at the secondary level
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with students at different levels
