**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Retail Clerk** to our team of professionals. This position will deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude.

**Primary duties of this role include** **but are not limited to**:

- Greet customers.
- Set up fish display
- Fulfil and assist customer in the physical store.
- Packing orders and preparing boxes for courier shipments
- Fulfil Shopify orders and courier labels between courier companies.
- Ensure courier pick ups are complete.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness.
- Cash auditing.
- End of day duties in counter point.
- Assisting in other areas of the operation such as Inside Sales, etc.

**Qualifications/Requirements/Attributes**:

- Above average customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling cash.
- Experience in food environment is an asset.
