**Overview**

This role is aligned with **NOC 14404 (Dispatchers)**, with responsibilities also related to **NOC 64409 (Customer Service)** and **NOC 13201 (Transportation Logistics Coordination)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Retrieve and organize incoming customer orders
- Plan and manage daily vehicle routes and schedules
- Confirm orders with customers
- Communicate with drivers and adjust routes as needed
- Use dispatch software to maximize delivery efficiency
- Serve as primary contact for customer updates and service issues
- Keep detailed records of orders, calls, and delivery status
- Monitor and resolve route delays and disruptions
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and service standards

**Qualifications**
- Secondary school diploma required; college certificate in **logistics**, **transportation**, or **customer service**
- 2+ years experience in **dispatch**, **routing**, **logistics**, or **customer service** roles
- Strong computer skills, including dispatch/routing software and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet coordination systems is an asset
