**Who You Are**
- At least 2 years’ experience in F&I, extra points for GM experience
- Not shy about selling and welcomes the challenge of a ‘TO’ with sales
- Admin Rockstar paperwork is a breeze and you are familiar with all regulatory requirements. You don’t miss a thing
- Consistent producer with a high PVA average and equally strong CSI.
- Tech savvy both with Microsoft platforms, DealerTrack and popular DMS (we are integrated with DAVE and Sym-Tech (don’t worry we will pay for your one-week boot camp with their awesome trainers to make sure you ready to go)
- Able to work Saturdays (but trust us we’ll make it fun)
- Entrepreneurial spirit which really means that you want to put your unique stamp on the F&I office and help it be even better than it is now. We want your ideas and suggestions.
- Looking for the opportunity to make great money without the bell-to-bell grind and crippling stress. You want that balance.

**What We Offer You**
- You are the one of two business managers. You get to establish a true partnership with a small team.
- Work every other Saturday
- Long Weekends off in the Summer
- Support from sales - they are paid an incentive on F&I products, making the hand-off easier and more lucrative

Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
