**IT Systems Support Analyst - Contract (4 months with the possibility of being extended)**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provides front-line service to CCTS users on software and hardware related problems.
- Ability to troubleshoot Server and Network related issues.
- Escalate call and tickets when necessary.
- Meet ticket SLA requirements.
- Create, maintain support manuals and other documentation.
- Setup and dispose obsolete end user hardware.
- Responsible for Software License tracking.
- Purchase Computer parts and accessories
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Remotely supporting users
- Comply & Enforce Company Policies
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Support Shopfloor software and hardware


**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft products: office365; Windows 7/10
- Knowledge of various network devices like Hubs, Routers, NIC, etc.
- Knowledge of various HW and SW.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Project management skills.
- Superior communicational skills both verbal and written
- Team player qualities: accountability, adaptability, and motivation

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- University degree or diploma in Information Technology and/or equivalent business experience
- 2-5 Years Server, Network & Computer Support
- Support in Manufacturing setting is a plus
- Cisco CCNA Certification.
