In this role you will**: - Collaborate with delivery lead to plan milestones, successfully execute software delivery, and handle escalated issues. - Lead technical decisioning for the Agile teams and work closely with architect, UX designers, other developers and product owner on software architecture, design, dependencies, and codes maintainability. - Work closely with product owners and BSAs to plan next-in-priority technical items in the backlog. - Developing new user-facing features using React.js and guiding the team through technical issues and challenges - Delegate work and assignments to team members. - Building reusable, scalable, robust components, and front-end libraries for future use - Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers, including performance analysis and tuning. - Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution and security considerations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have**: **Must Have Skills**: - 10+ years of IT experience including leading technical strategies and implementation for front development teams. - 7 + years of experience of React.js and react components life cycle.
