**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience that aligns with our commitment to quality and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs.
- Process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards while handling food products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and cash handling.

**Skills**:

- Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
- Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with cashiering systems and POS technology.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
