**Fitness Sales Manager Qualifications**:

- An Experienced, Results-Driven Sales Professional, able to effectively “lead the charge” in successfully rolling out initiatives, and achieving or exceeding all Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sales Objectives. Must have strong time-management skills.
- A Charismatic, Engaging, Standout Personality with an abundance of patience, tact and “People Skills”.
- A Professional, Mature, Empathetic, and Collaborative approach, with zero attitude or ego.
- Dedicated and Long-Term Career-Oriented, with the Proactive Initiative to seize Ownership and Accountability for all day-to-day operations, while setting an ongoing Leadership example in all that you do.
- The ability to effectively Recruit, Coach, Lead, Engage, and Inspire a Standout Team of Fitness Sales Professionals.
- The Talent, Competence, and Stage Presence to personally instruct Engaging, High-Energy fitness classes to groups of 20+ Members. (Full Training Provided).
- Exceptional Organizational, Time-Management, and Execution ability in a Fast-Paced environment.
- An Obsession for consistently delivering _Legendary Customer Service_ to our Members and Exceeding Expectations.
- A highly Creative and Artistic mindset, with a knack for driving effective ongoing Marketing Campaigns, and engaging in results-producing Business-to-Business Relationships.
- Strong Social Media Savvy and related technical skills.
- Accurate and effective Verbal and Written Communication and Administrative skills.
- A High Degree of Flexibility in terms of availability of working hours, including nights, weekends, and statutory holidays; and able to travel and work out of different locations.

- Proven, results-driven Sales experience, particularly in a commission-based environment.
- Customer Service experience, particularly in Retail, and Hospitality-based industries.
- Management experience, particularly in Retail, and Hospitality-based industries.
- Post-Secondary Diploma - Bachelor’s Degree or above very strongly preferred.
- Public Relations / Facilitation / Marketing experience.
- Strong Artistic Ability, paired with Social Media Presence and Know-How.
- Health and Fitness industry experience is an asset.
