Ping Identity is looking for a Product Owner to lead a platform migration initiative at Ping Identity as we look to consolidate our SaaS platforms into one single platform that can support multiple identity use cases and solutions. You will report to the Director of Product Management for identity and authentication services. You will oversee all aspects of product strategy and planning activities as it relates to this initiative across various business segments, target industries, assigned regions, and solution roadmaps. You will have insight into all phases of the product development process. You will work with engineering, design, marketing, support, customer success and sales to manage this initiative.

You will:

- Interview existing customers to understand their platform migration requirements.
- Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for Ping Identity's SaaS platform migration.
- Manage the product lifecycle of any tools or product enhancements to support the platform migration from customer requirements through delivery and ultimately the use of those tools and enhancements by customers to successfully migrate their configuration and deployment.
- Maintain a platform migration roadmap that includes milestones and prioritized deliverables.
- Work with engineering, design, documentation and user acceptance testing teams to create any tools, product enhancements and guides to support the platform migration.
- Work with the sales, marketing, client services, customer success and support to establish go-to-market strategy and delivery plans to inform and support customers in their platform migration.

You have:

- Expertise in identity and access management, specifically authentication, directory, provisioning, lifecycle management and security.
- A history of managing product development lifecycles to consistently deliver high-quality releases.
- Experience working with enterprise software sales teams and various other business segments
- Comfort in discussing product capabilities and market relevance to customers, partners, C-suite, sales teams and engineers.
- The ability to gather and prioritize field, customer and market data to maintain a product roadmap.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 6+ years of experience, or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 4+ years of experience.
