**Altruck International Truck Centres**, is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven **Used Truck Sales Representative** to join our team at our Cambridge branch. **(120 McGovern Drive)**

**Salary: 30k-55k plus commission**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our used truck sales volume
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., service, parts, finance) to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate used trucks to potential customers
- Negotiate sales prices, terms, and financing options with customers
- Prepare sales contracts and other documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to stay informed about company initiatives and products

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in used truck sales or related field (e.g., auto sales, leasing)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the trucking industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license (required)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with commercial truck financing or leasing companies
- Knowledge of fleet management software or CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
