We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Duties and Responsibilities: - Role model and champion the Hotel and your team with the utmost professionalism. - Work towards continuous improvement and quality in all areas. - Follows company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned - Ensures the proper completion of all front desk duties and check list - Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously with assistance from peers and leadership team - Registers, processes, and greets customer promptly, welcoming him/her to the hotel - Arranges for special services requested by the customer - Works with all departments to assist with all guest requirements. - Insures all customers establish credit and provide appropriate ID upon check-in - Available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, and holidays Qualifications: - Front Office computer knowledge - MS Office experience - Proven attention to detail - Superior grooming standards - Flexible and energetic with the ability to work under pressure - Excellent communication skills **Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Overtime pay - Tips Application question(s): - Do you have SIN # or working permit to work in Canada? **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: One location
