**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your exceptional customer service skills will help create a positive dining experience while managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Manage the reservation system and ensure efficient seating of guests.
- Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate guest needs.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Provide support to servers and other staff as necessary to enhance guest experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $15.60-$16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
