À ce poste, vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos clients, en veillant à ce qu’ils se sentent accueillis et valorisés dès leur arrivée dans notre établissement. Vos excellentes compétences en service client donneront le ton de leur expérience culinaire, la rendant agréable et mémorable.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients dès leur arrivée
- Les accompagner jusqu’à leur table et leur remettre les menus
- Maintenir le comptoir d’accueil propre et bien organisé
- Aider les serveurs et les autres membres de l’équipe si nécessaire

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and professional **Host/Hostess** to join our dynamic team at Ubar located in the Montreal Airport. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued upon entering our establishment. Your exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for their dining experience, making it both enjoyable and memorable.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and promptly
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
- Assist servers and other team members as needed
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize the flow of guests.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests regarding their seating status.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, to manage guest check-ins and track seating availability.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus, as well as any restaurant experience.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Experience using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not mandatory. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while working in a vibrant team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.20 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 26 per week
