**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to optimize production efficiency.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management on performance metrics.
