Job Description:
Sous l’autorité immédiate de la Directrice adjointe, le titulaire assure un support téléphonique à la division. Il assure plusieurs tâches de suppléance au secrétariat.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:

- Reçoit et achemine les appels téléphoniques, prend en note les messages et les transmet aux personnes concernées;
- Accueille les clients à la réception, les renseigne et les réfère aux services appropriés;
- S’assure que les ressources soient disponibles pour répondre à la demande et avise de toute anomalie à son supérieur immédiat;
- Rédige et dactylographie des lettres, des notes de service ou autres textes qui lui sont dictés ou remis au brouillon;
- Reçoit, ouvre, trie et distribue régulièrement le courrier aux personnes concernées;

Qualifications recherchées
- Secondaire V ou l’équivalent.
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels Word et Excel ainsi que la maîtrise des outils internet.
- 3 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires.
- Bon jugement, initiative, esprit d’équipe, entregent, facilité d’expression, méthodique, patience, facilité d’apprentissage, ponctualité.
