**THE POSITION**

The Coordinator, Game Presentation will join our high energy staff and become a leader in the sports and entertainment industry. Reporting to the Manager, Game Presentation; the Coordinator, Game Presentation’s responsibilities will be primarily focused on all aspects of Calgary Hitmen game presentation.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Coordinate the organization, production, and execution of all assets associated with Calgary Hitmen Game Presentation.
- Write and produce all Calgary Hitmen game scripts.
- Serve as Game Director for all Calgary Hitmen home pre-season, regular season and playoff games.
- Work with other departments (i.e. Broadcast & Production, Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, Marketing and Community Relations) to help activate department objectives.
- Continue to develop an entertaining game day experience for the hockey fans of Calgary and Southern Alberta.
- Provide support on Game Presentation initiatives and production elements for the Calgary Flames as assigned.
- Oversee game day staffing for Calgary Hitmen home games.
- Available to work scheduled home games or events including evenings, weekends and holidays; as well as being available to support the various clubs under the CSEC banner.
- Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies.
- All other duties as assigned.

**THE INDIVIDUAL**

The ideal individual will have the following background:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive and supportive working relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, be self-directed, work independently and handle creative direction/feedback.
- Work well in a collaborative group environment, be a flexible and reliable team player (Both within own department and within company as a whole).
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, run, reach, kneel and lift.
- Must have the ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
- Strong knowledge of hockey.
- Experience working in the entertainment industry is preferred.

**CERTIFICATIONS**
- A post-secondary education in marketing, event management, communications, or broadcasting is preferred.

**This position will remain open until 3:00pm Thursday, August 28th, 2025.**
