Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong process management skills, Procore expertise, and a hands-on approach to both site supervision and finishing details.

**Responsibilities**
- **Process Management and Procore Expertise**:_
- Implement and strictly adhere to established processes and checklists, ensuring consistent execution across all projects.
- Regularly update and maintain Procore with site progress, checklists, and documentation.
- Upload progress photos to Procore to provide real-time visibility of on-site work.
- **On-Site Supervision and Management**:_
- Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflows.
- Use checklists and Procore tools to track daily activities and ensure no detail is overlooked.
- **Safety and Compliance**:_
- Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Verify all permits, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations are met.
- **Quality Assurance and Finishing Work**:_
- Inspect work in progress and completed tasks to ensure alignment with client specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Perform and oversee finishing carpentry tasks, including:

- Hanging televisions, bathroom accessories, and possibly snap frames.
- Installing trim, caulking, and minor carpentry repairs.
- Address deficiencies promptly, documenting issues and resolutions thoroughly in Procore.
- **Communication and Coordination**:_
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the Project Manager, subcontractors, and trades.
- Maintain detailed daily site logs with photos, documenting progress, delays, and challenges.
- Lead daily and weekly meetings to align teams and ensure clear expectations.
- **Material and Resource Management**:_
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage site inventory to avoid interruptions or waste.
- Follow established processes to track and allocate resources efficiently.
- **Inspections and Closeout**:_
- Conduct final inspections and walk-throughs with the Project Manager and client representatives.
- Assist in creating and completing punch lists, ensuring all deficiencies are resolved before project turnover.

**Requirements**:
5+ years of construction site supervision experience, including commercial construction.

Proven expertise in managing trades, subcontractors, and ensuring site safety.
- **Technical Skills**:_
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and finishing carpentry techniques.
- Experience with construction management software; Procore expertise is required.

- Proven ability to maintain thorough site logs and uphold documentation standards.

Pay: $78,512.00-$88,936.00 per year
