**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot, identify and solve operational issues of equipment via Phone/ Virtual support and/ or on client premises.
- Complete company service reports for all inquiries and projects in a timely manner.
- Submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate daily with Operations Manager and Technical Department regarding upcoming projects.
- Build knowledge, both individually and company driven, with all company equipment and technology.
- Work closely with Spare Parts Department to ensure stock levels are achieved to complete work orders.
- Maintain adherence to quality and food safety program standards to ensure food safety, quality and legal requirements are being met.
- Follow all health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment on company and client properties.
- Perform all other related duties as required
- Note: Majority of maintenance, installation and repairs are completed in-house or locally throughout the Niagara Region.

**Qualifications**:

- Education as an Electronics Technologist, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in Service Field
- Proficiency in all fields; electrical, mechanical and pneumatics.
- Experience in PLC programming an asset, not required.
- Must physically be able to maneuver in and around equipment, work on ladders, elevated surfaces and lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work under pressure and independently.
- Must be able to meet deadlines for delivering quality solutions on time.
- Must demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in piping diagrams and blueprint reading is an asset, not required.
- Brewery/ Winery experience considered an asset.
- Valid Passport and Driver’s Licence required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
