**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our exceptional team. If you have a passion for all things customer service, sales and automotive, outstanding values and dedication to your profession, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Greet customers warmly in person, and on the phone, listen to their concerns with empathy and provide professional recommendations on how we can help.

**Appointment Scheduling**
- Efficiently schedule service appointments, manage timelines, and ensure workflow efficiency.

**Service Consultation**
- Explain necessary repairs, services, and costs clearly, while ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

**Work Order Management**
- Create and manage service work orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests, technician notes, and pricing.

**Liaison Between Customers and Technicians**
- Communicate customer concerns clearly and effectively to our technical team and relay technical explanations back to customers in an understandable manner

**Follow-up & Customer Retention**
- Conduct follow-ups on denied work, along with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**Experience**
- Strong Salesmanship
- 2+ yrs as an automotive service advisor in a dealership environment is preferable

**Technical Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance. Experience with German vehicles is an asset, however not required to succeed in the role.

**Customer-Focused**
- Extraordinary passion for working with people. You feel a great sense of pride when providing unbridled levels of service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellence

**Detail-Oriented**
- Strong capabilities in organization and time management

**Other**
- Understanding of CDK or PBS is preferable.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
