We are looking for our next great member to join and lead our hotel maintenance team.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operation of the maintenance department
- Demonstrate excellent work ethics & open communication
- Ability to prioritize and schedule appropriately
- Problem solving
- Provide training, create department SOP’s
- Handyman with a concierge attitude
- Preventative maintenance
**Requirements**:
- Skilled maintenance profession with general knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Satellite/Cable TV, Commercial Restaurant Equipment, General Mechanical Repairs, Furniture Repairs, fire safety systems etc. and demonstrated leadership skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent trade school, special courses in building maintenance and construction.
- Two years prior experience in building maintenance or related industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
