We are currently seeking a seasoned consultant in
**Psychological Health & Safety** to work as a
**Full Time**
**Client Partner **to support our Employee Experience - Leadership & Organization Development team in Fraser Health. This position is a
**hybrid/remote** position, based out of our Central City Tower, located in Surrey, BC.

This role would support senior leadership with interventions such as change initiatives, strategy and planning facilitation, process re-design, team building, consulting and coaching on organization development issues. Key initiatives and programs of focus include: Psychological Health and Safety, Resilience, Mental Fitness and Well-being, Culture Development, and Respectful Workplace.

**Can you see yourself in this role with daily responsibilities for**:

- Consulting with leaders and managers in supporting the goals and objectives of senior leadership
- Facilitation, process re-design, team building, consulting and coaching on organization development issues.
- Providing support to the organization and specific functional areas in recognizing current patterns across the system that could lead to improvements in organizational effectiveness.

**Key areas of involvement include**:

- Provides leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives designed to strengthen positive workplace culture.
- Administers internal consultant services to assess and address workplace psychosocial factors and support individuals and teams in improving their resilience and well-being.
- Partners with leaders and teams in creating a respectful workplace environment.
- Collaborates with senior leaders and teams in designing and implementing change processes
- that engage stakeholders appropriately from initiation to integration of the change.
- Provides consulting services to senior leadership and management staff, focused on improving team, leader and systems effectiveness.
- Facilitates team development and partners with clients in identifying possibilities for improvement growing success in change integrations.
- Brings single point accountability for programs and client service delivery where appropriate.
- Implements programs designed to increase leaders' capacity for coaching, process design, and team development.

**Acts as an internal consulting resource for organization, and leadership development processes, strategies, decision-making and projects that are directed at fostering a culture of psychological health and safety (PHS) in the workplace. Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives designed to strengthen health, resilience and well-being at individual, team, leader and organizational levels.
