We are looking for someone who can fulfill the following duties and requirements:
**Duties**:

- **Customer Service Management**: Oversee and maintain high standards of customer service to meet client expectations.
- **Product Development**: Lead and collaborate with teams to develop new products that align with business goals.
- **Project Preparation**: Plan, coordinate, and ensure readiness for upcoming projects, including timelines and deliverables.
- **Manual and Documentation Creation**: Draft, review, and manage operational manuals and documentation for various processes.
- **Procurement**: Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and business goals are achieved.

**Requirements**:

- **Computer Skills**: Proficient knowledge of computer systems and software relevant to business operations.
- **English Language Proficiency**: Strong command of both spoken and written English for effective communication.
- **Korean Language Proficiency**: Moderate proficiency in Korean for effective communication with Korean-speaking clients and team members (fluency not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
