We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team in **Sydney, NS **as an **Outside Sales Representative **. This role will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and market share.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the **core responsibilities **of the Outside Sales Representative will be:

- Developing industrial customer contacts
- Promoting all product lines
- Growing sales and identifying new market and product opportunities
- Identifying needs and providing solutions and service for customers.
- You will identify growth opportunities and build relationships with customers to enhance long term business prospects.

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Sales experience (2+ years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- An interest in continuous learning
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office essential)
- Industrial product knowledge would be considered an asset
