**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the tasting menu with precision and consistency
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and refine menu offerings
- Ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations during service
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of refined and detailed service
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic kitchen environment
- Organize the fridge using FIFO methods to prevent waste

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a fine dining setting
- Strong understanding of culinary arts and techniques
- Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and high-end dining
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
